Mr. Leung has held the role of Vice President, Business Development of Regal Crown HK since July 2022. Mr. Leung has more than 20 years business development experience with 10+ years focusing on Online / Offline payment acquiring areas. Mr. Leung holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from National Cheng Kung University.
Ms. LIANG has held the role of Vice President, Customer Services and Operations of Regal Crown HK since March 2016. Daisy has 10 years' of experience in providing customer service support and operation management to clients in Hong Kong, China, South Korea, Japan and other Asia Pacific clients. Daisy holds a Master in Business Administration from the University of Sunderland and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Honours) from The Society of Business Practitioners.
Ms. Tzu Ling Quah (Esther) (age 43), Chief Financial Officer, is an experienced finance professional with nearly 20 years of expertise across the fintech, IT development and investment holding sectors, specialising in financial reporting, internal controls and cross-border compliance. She most recently served as Finance Manager at RC365 Technology Sdn Bhd, where she oversaw financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions, managed regulatory and audit matters and led the preparation of management accounts and statutory filings. Ms. Quah holds a Bachelor of Economics with Honours from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
Mr Yew Chin Sing (age 44), Chief Technology Officer, is a technology executive with over 20 years of experience. Mr Yew has held his role since January 2024 and brings a proven track record in building secure, high-availability systems including payment gateways, Mastercard integrations, VA banking platforms, e-wallets, crypto transaction pipelines, blockchain anchoring, verifiable credentials, and DID frameworks. Mr Yew holds a Bachelor of Computer Science/Information Technology (Software Engineering) from Inti College Malaysia.
